QUASI :- ​That appears to be something but is not really so.

QUASI PASSIVE VERB :-

A construction that has the ‘same function [as the passive] with different structure.

EXAMPLES :-

The bed feels hard.

This music sounds good.

Rules For Transformation

Rule – 1. The structure of Quasi sentence is –

Sub + Quasi passive verb + Adjective.

Rule – 2. In its passive voice, we start the sentence with the same subject, then add form of ‘verb to be’ and the same adjective.

Sub + verb to be + Adjective

Rule – 3. After the adjective, start another clause with ‘It’ followed by verb to be again, and change the main verb into MV3  (past participle)

It + verb to be + MV3
