  • Favourite or ideal persons: Include your ideal person in the introduction, and talk about the reason why he/she motivates you.
  • Favourite things, colour, and movies: If the introduction is casual, students may feel free to tell their favourite movies and other favourite places, colors, etc.
  • Strengths and weaknesses: Mention strengths and weaknesses in a self-introduction, make sure not to include major flaws and give a detailed description of the strengths possessed.
  • Discuss likes and dislikes: You can include your personal preferences or dislikes in the introduction.
  • Any life-changing point: Students may include life-changing moments if students want the listeners to engage in their talk.
  • Differentiation: In your introduction, you should speak about their uniqueness and what makes you stand out, which is the essential aspect of self-introduction.
  • Conclusion: In conclusion, offer an unforgettable answer to the question the spectators possibly will have when they listen to a public speech: what’s in it for me?
  • Greeting: Say thanks and always welcome. You can also use some phrases that you can use to greet people like “Have a nice day”, “See you later”, “Nice to meet you”, etc. It shows that you are pleasant and there is humility in your behaviour. You show that you are a person with a good upbringing and environment and exit.

Greeting – Good morning everybody. / Good morning my dear friends and teachers. Today I am very happy to get an opportunity to speak about myself. / Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

Name – My name is Rohan Kumar Singh. / I am Rohan Kumar Singh. This is Rohan Kumar Singh.

Place – I live at West Vinod Nagar in Delhi. / I belong to Bihar but am currently living in Delhi with my family for some reason. / I am from Bihar but live in Delhi permanently.

Father’s Name and about him – My father’s name is Naresh Prasad. He is an Ex-Railway employee. He is very hard working man.

Good morning Sir/Ma’am

First of all, thank you for giving me this golden opportunity to introduce myself. I am Rohan, born and brought up in Patna. I scored 85% in my school at Little Flowers Montessori English Medium High School. I scored 75% in graduation from Patna College, and currently, I’m in my final year at Xavier Institute of Technology and Science, Patna.

I believe my strength is my attitude, and I like to take up challenges and think to accept both success and failure in a balanced way to move forward. I want to say that I don’t leave any questions altogether as I believe in myself and my work.

My short-term goal is to find a platform to expand my career and grow with the organization. And my long-term goal is to be the cause of the organization’s success. Therefore, I always challenge myself to improve my progress and steady growth.
