1. All over Vs. Allover

All over – It means finished or everywhere. [सभी तरफ़]
Allover – It means covering the entire surface of something. [किसी चीज़ को संपूर्ण रूप से ढकना।]

Examples:- 
The job of painting the dining room was finally all over.
The paint spilled all over the floor.
The wallpaper had an allover pattern of flowers and trees.

2. All ready Vs. Already

All ready – It means totally prepared. [सब तैयार]
Already – It means before now or before a particular time in the past [पहले ही]

Examples:- 
Rohan tells us the system is all ready and available to use.
She has already been taken to custody.

3. All together Vs. Altogether

All together – It means in one complete group. [सभी एक साथ]
Altogether – It means completely, entirely, or totally. [सब मिलाकर / पूर्णतया]

Examples:- 
They arrived here all together.
The presentation is altogether too long for the meeting.

4. All ways, Always

All ways – It means by every way or method. [हर तरह से]
Always – It means all the time or forever. [हमेशा]

Examples:- 
I have tried all ways to convince her.
She will always remember me.

5. Allude Vs. Elude Vs. Refer

Allude – It means to hint or refer to indirectly. [संकेत करना]
Elude – It means to avoid or escape. [चालाकी से बच निकलना]
Refer – It means to make direct reference to something. [उल्लेख करना]

Examples:- 
We will allude briefly to the main points.
He tried to elude the security men by sneaking through a back door.
If anyone complains, refer them to me.
